We understand that life can be unpredictable, and sometimes plans change. If you find yourself unable to attend your scheduled cooking class, please review our cancellation and transfer policy below. While we aim to be accommodating, please note that we are a small culinary classroom with limited seats, and preparations for your spot in the class often begin well in advance.

Cancellation and Transfer Policy:

For Classes More than 8 Days Away:

  • If your scheduled class is 7 days or more away and you need to make adjustments to your reservation, please do so before this 7-day window.
  • If you cannot make it to class after this window, you have two options:
    1. Send Someone in Your Place: You can simply send someone else to attend in your stead. There’s no need to contact us; just have your replacement inform us upon arrival.
    2. Refund or Transfer Credit: You can request a refund or transfer credit toward a future class. Please be aware that in either case, there will be a $15 administrative/processing charge. To initiate this process, email with your name, order number, and your preference for a refund or credit. Future class credit is valid for six months from the date of issue.

For Classes 7 Days or Less Away:

  • If your scheduled class is 7 days or less away, we are unable to issue refunds.
  • However, we do offer future class credit based on the following scale:
    • If your class is 5-7 days away, you can receive 75% future class credit.
    • If your class is 1-4 days away, you can receive 50% future class credit.
  • Unfortunately, on the day of the class, we do not issue any refunds or transfer credits.

Important Notes:

  • No-show reservations without prior contact with us will not be eligible for refunds or credit.
  • To request future class credit, please email with your order number, name, and the email address of the person who made the reservation. We will promptly provide you with a confirmation.
  • All cancellation requests must be made via email in advance of your scheduled class. Please refrain from calling or reaching out via Facebook Messenger.
