About Sakinah & CGE
Built around
one question.
Why are so many women doing everything right — and still feeling so wrong? That question built a studio, a framework, and a whole community of women finally finding their way to whole.

Her Story
She did not set out
to build a studio.
She set out to answer a question. And the answer led her somewhere she never expected — but exactly where she was supposed to be.
"She is clothed with strength and dignity, and she laughs without fear of the future." Proverbs 31:25
Sakinah spent years watching women — women just like her — do all the right things and still feel like something was off. Tired in the morning. Bloated after eating. Hormones shifting. Energy unpredictable. Doctors saying everything looked fine on paper. But nothing feeling fine in real life.
"The missing piece was never just the food. It was the whole picture — spirit, body, and what was happening at the kitchen table."
That realization sent her deeper. Deeper into naturopathic study, where she learned how food, hormones, inflammation, and the nervous system are all speaking to each other — constantly. Deeper into the kitchen, where she discovered that confidence with food is not just about recipes — it is about reclaiming your power over your own health. And deeper into scripture, where she was reminded that the body is not an obstacle to manage. It is a gift designed by God to flourish.
Those three threads — spirit, body, and kitchen — became the foundation of everything Cleangoodeats is built on. And eventually, they became The Whole Table Method: CGE's signature approach to whole-woman wellness for women 40 and over who are tired of coping and ready to heal.
Today Sakinah serves her community in Radcliff, Kentucky and beyond through naturopathic wellness sessions, cooking classes, retreats, meal prep, kids camps, and events like The Well Conference and the Reset the Table sugar detox retreat. Every offering is rooted in the same belief she has held from the beginning — every part of you deserves a seat at the table.
Why CGE Is Different
This is not a wellness trend. It is a calling.
Naturopathic at the root
Everything at CGE is grounded in traditional naturopathic knowledge — addressing root causes, not just symptoms. You will leave understanding your body, not just following a protocol.
Faith is not an afterthought
At CGE, faith is not tucked into a corner or mentioned in passing. It is the foundation. Every session, every class, every retreat is built on the belief that God designed your body to flourish.
The kitchen is the classroom
Sakinah is not just a practitioner — she is a culinary educator. That means you get the knowledge and the practical skills to actually use it. Flavor and function are never at odds here.
Built for women 40 and over
Everything CGE offers is designed around the real health landscape of women in their 40s, 50s, and beyond — hormone shifts, thyroid concerns, insulin resistance, gut changes, and all of it.
"You are not broken. You are just missing the right table."
Most wellness spaces ask you to choose — eat healthy or eat well. Manage your symptoms or enjoy your life. Follow the program or follow your faith. At CGE, none of those are trade-offs. The Whole Table Method brings them all together into one intentional, sustainable approach to being well.
And because Sakinah is her own avatar client — navigating the same hormonal shifts, the same health conversations, the same desire to feel like herself again — she builds everything at CGE from the inside out. She is not guessing at what you need. She knows.
"Beloved, I pray that you may prosper in all things and be in health, just as your soul prospers." — 3 John 1:2
The Framework
The Whole Table Method
CGE's signature approach to whole-woman wellness — three pillars that work together so healing is not just physical, not just spiritual, not just practical. It is all three, at once, on purpose.
Pillar One
Spirit
"Let God lead the healing."
Before the food changes and the habits shift, something deeper has to move. The Spirit pillar helps women release shame, renew their minds, and anchor their wellness in faith rather than willpower.
The Well Conference
Faith-centered retreat programming
Scripture-grounded coaching
Devotional content and journaling
Pillar Two
Body
"Understand what your body is saying."
Where naturopathic knowledge meets real life. Women learn how hormones, inflammation, gut health, blood sugar, and thyroid function connect — and what to do about it. Education replaces guesswork.
Naturopathic wellness sessions
ZYTO bioenergetic scans
30-Day Wellness Reset
Reset the Table retreat
Pillar Three
Kitchen
"Your kitchen is your first pharmacy."
Turns knowledge into action. Women learn to cook with confidence, shop with intention, and build a relationship with food that is both healing and deeply enjoyable. Flavor and function together.
Cooking classes and kids camps
CGE Meal Prep Service
Pantry Roulette and workshops
CGE Tea Bar and membership

"I did not build CGE to be the biggest wellness studio in the room. I built it to be the most honest one."
Traditional naturopathy is education and counsel — not diagnosis or treatment. What Sakinah brings to every session is deep knowledge, genuine care, and the kind of practical wisdom that actually changes how you live. She will never tell you what you want to hear. She will tell you what your body needs.
And she will back it with scripture, with food, and with the kind of follow-through that makes her clients feel like they finally have someone in their corner who actually gets it.
Note: CGE's naturopathic services are educational and informational in nature. Sakinah is a Traditional Naturopath, not a licensed medical physician. CGE services are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition. Always consult your healthcare provider for medical concerns.
